Texas Divorce & Custody Family Law Firm PLLC provides document preparation services through its DIY Document Center as a limited, unbundled service distinct from full legal representation. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

• Document preparation is not legal advice. Documents are prepared based entirely on information you provide through our intake questionnaire. TDCL does not analyze the merits of your situation or advise on legal strategy through this service.
• No attorney-client relationship is formed by purchasing or receiving document preparation services. The protections and obligations of an attorney-client relationship do not apply here.
• All documents are reviewed by our supervising Texas-licensed attorney for formatting accuracy and procedural compliance. This review is not legal representation.
• One revision pass is included per order at no additional charge. A revision corrects information you provided. It does not constitute legal consultation or strategy advice.
• Your 48–72 hour delivery window begins when we receive your completed intake questionnaire — not when payment is submitted.
• Filing your completed documents with the appropriate court is your responsibility. TDCL does not file documents on your behalf through this service. Court filing fees, clerk fees, and any other costs associated with submitting your documents to the court are separate from and not included in your document preparation fee. • If you engage TDCL for full representation within 90 days of document delivery, your document preparation fee credits 100% toward your Stage 1 retainer.
